-Right click on the BRoS Online Fix Just Safe Games.zip file you downloaded and say winrar\extract to folder.
-When the process is complete, enter the folder and copy all the files in the folder (there are files like steam_api64.dll)
-Now enter the BLEACH.Rebirth.of.Souls.Ultimate.Edition-InsaneRamZes folder you downloaded from the torrent.
-Paste the files you just copied into this folder and click “Change Target File”.
-You can now run the game from BLEACH_Rebirth_of_Souls.exe with Steam open in the background.
